Yes, the triage nurse was very rude to me and to my daughter. And I was there 12 hours and I kept asking them for jello or a sandwich since I hadn't eaten breakfast. And they just kept bouncing me back and forth from nurse to nurse. I know the registration people are not the ones that are in charge of it. They kept telling me to ask the nurse, which I did, and they would just pass the buck looking at each other. So I thought they were very rude. Thank you very much. Have a nice evening.

It was very disrupting knowing that one of your security guards came in, beat up, and went straight into triage, went straight in, got help, while all others were still sitting in the waiting room waiting. He surpassed everybody waiting.
