You know, if I make an appointment, I should be able to get in on time. Sep 3, 2025 But yes, they always care about applying patients and they take the time to hear me and they take the initiative to help me out in everything I need. And it's really good customer service, excellent customer service. Aug 13, 2025 Experience was good. Just when it comes to my medications, and needing to change some cause of new coverage, I spent almost 4 weeks( one month) waiting. I'll just get, " They'll get back you" or the nurse will see about it and get back to you. He listens and cares Jan 29, 2025 Dr. Doan's nurse assistant was very unhelpful, very rude, and had very poor bedside manner. She did not answer my questions as thoroughly as I would have liked them to. She was trying to rush me through the appointment and would not let me speak to the doctor. She took him off of the speaker. I continued to have questions, and she would just say, we'll give you a call back later for your appointment. So if Dr. Doan could have a better nurse assistant, that would be helpful. Jan 2, 2025 The virtual visit was excellent and the staff, they got me in right away. And I much more prefer a virtual visit for med refills than the last time I had an appointment at the clinic in person. I was there for three and a half hours for a simple five-minute appointment. So more virtual visits, please. Thank you.
