Yes, the staff for Dr. Doan does not take off medications I am no longer taking. What they do is they don't look in my medicines I bring, they don't add on new ones, they don't take off the old ones that I am not taking and I'm tired of it. I brought it to his attention more than one time about the medications and the changes. What do I have to do? Get angry with him every time? I shouldn't have to. He should listen and mark down on his computer as I'm saying these things.

I really appreciate how you guys scheduled me for a virtual visit. It makes it very convenient and easy for me to refill my monthly medications. I do work, so it works out really good. Dr. Doan has been an exceptional provider.

Had an appointment for 8.30, didn't get in to see the doctor until like 9.50, 9.55. You know, if I make an appointment, I should be able to get in on time.

But yes, they always care about applying patients and they take the time to hear me and they take the initiative to help me out in everything I need. And it's really good customer service, excellent customer service.

Experience was good. Just when it comes to my medications, and needing to change some cause of new coverage, I spent almost 4 weeks( one month) waiting. I'll just get, " They'll get back you" or the nurse will see about it and get back to you. Already a month and still haven't heard back

All the care was excellent, the doctor was excellent, the accident nurses were excellent, we just need to cut down on the time because it takes a long time to get treatment. Thanks.

After being out of the state for a year I came back to Dr Doan he is simply a great doctor. He listens and cares

Dr. Doan's nurse assistant was very unhelpful, very rude, and had very poor bedside manner. She did not answer my questions as thoroughly as I would have liked them to. She was trying to rush me through the appointment and would not let me speak to the doctor. She took him off of the speaker. I continued to have questions, and she would just say, we'll give you a call back later for your appointment. So if Dr. Doan could have a better nurse assistant, that would be helpful.

Please provide more than one reference and be more careful with people, because sometimes we have more than one patient. Thank you.

The virtual visit was excellent and the staff, they got me in right away. And I much more prefer a virtual visit for med refills than the last time I had an appointment at the clinic in person. I was there for three and a half hours for a simple five-minute appointment. So more virtual visits, please. Thank you.
