All the care was excellent, the doctor was excellent, the accident nurses were excellent, we just need to cut down on the time because it takes a long time to get treatment. Thanks.

After being out of the state for a year I came back to Dr Doan he is simply a great doctor. He listens and cares

Dr. Doan's nurse assistant was very unhelpful, very rude, and had very poor bedside manner. She did not answer my questions as thoroughly as I would have liked them to. She was trying to rush me through the appointment and would not let me speak to the doctor. She took him off of the speaker. I continued to have questions, and she would just say, we'll give you a call back later for your appointment. So if Dr. Doan could have a better nurse assistant, that would be helpful.

Please provide more than one reference and be more careful with people, because sometimes we have more than one patient. Thank you.

The virtual visit was excellent and the staff, they got me in right away. And I much more prefer a virtual visit for med refills than the last time I had an appointment at the clinic in person. I was there for three and a half hours for a simple five-minute appointment. So more virtual visits, please. Thank you.

I like all the care they have, they know how to treat patients.

They didn't take care of me at all for my appointment. I had it at 12:20. They never took care of me. An hour went by and I wasn't called. They never called me. It was a total failure. They didn't pay any attention to me. I didn't get a doctor. I just didn't go. I grabbed my things and left. It was that simple.

My appointment was at 11:40 AM..Didn't get to see the Doctor til 1:40PM! Very upset on this service of this provider

The wait to see the doctor is too long. There is a lack of staff.

I often have to wait at least an hour, up to two hours for my appointment, and that's way too much. Thank you.
