I had a fulfilling visit after all I wasn't feeling sick

I was treated well at the hospital, it was very clean, and they gave me chest massages because I was losing consciousness. I had completely passed out. They tapped me and I came back three times.

Everything was good, except for my medication was not refilled. Supposedly they had some problem technical problem, but I'm gonna have a problem if I don't get my medicine soon.

It was fine but now I'm having problems and I don't know what to do. I'm having migraine head aches

Been waiting for my prescription to be approved and faxed to pharmacy . (Still nothing )

I had to go in for medication refills. I sat in the lobby for over an hour. Freezing, watching people come and go as I sat waiting for my name to be called. Then when it finally was called, they took me go a room I then sat in the room for 30 minutes still freezing. Usually my experiences there are fairly pleasant. My apps was at 11:15am and I wasn't seen until a little after 1:00. First medication refills. Ridiculous!!!

The wait time to see the provider, getting my blood check, blood pressure, is way too long. 40 minutes. I think that's way too long. You should cut that wait time to around 15 minutes. That's why we have appointments.

Yes, the staff for Dr. Doan does not take off medications I am no longer taking. What they do is they don't look in my medicines I bring, they don't add on new ones, they don't take off the old ones that I am not taking and I'm tired of it. I brought it to his attention more than one time about the medications and the changes. What do I have to do? Get angry with him every time? I shouldn't have to. He should listen and mark down on his computer as I'm saying these things.

I really appreciate how you guys scheduled me for a virtual visit. It makes it very convenient and easy for me to refill my monthly medications. I do work, so it works out really good. Dr. Doan has been an exceptional provider.

Had an appointment for 8.30, didn't get in to see the doctor until like 9.50, 9.55. You know, if I make an appointment, I should be able to get in on time.
