The doctor treated me very kindly. The entire staff was very kind to me. A nurse came over and gave me chips, which was very nice because I had lab work done and hadn't had breakfast. Thank you so much, Dr. Med and the entire nursing staff.

They did very well, and I give them a 10. Everyone there was very nice, very nice, the nurses, the doctors, and everyone. Very good service, very good service. I congratulate them.

They were very personal. They answered all my questions and they treated me good and I liked the whole visit. So everything was great.

Wait long in the examining room.

My wait time was too long.

They attend to customers when they arrive, not make them wait for two hours. And besides, that they provide proper service to people, because they are left waiting and waiting and waiting without receiving a clear response. That is all I have to say. Goodbye.

The wait time to see the doctor is very long, at least two to three hours in the waiting room. Then, when we get in, it's another hour inside the doctor's office where we'll be seen. That's the only problem I see there: the wait time is too long.

Dealing with Dr. Ahmed is a good experience. He's very thorough, does a great job explaining stuff, and he answers the questions and listens to what I have to say. However, my concern is with the nurses, the schedulers,... They are absolutely horrible. They don't care what anybody has to say. They're disrespectful, and they usually seem incompetent at best. My experience there is I had a CT scan done there, and I received the CT report saying that it was all clear, there was no problems, no nothing at all,

Yes, the only thing I was not happy and satisfied with was the nurse that the doctor has there. She does not explain everything clearly to me and I'm not satisfied with the nurse that was there with her job. She does not, she needs more experience. The doctor is fine. I understand everything the doctor was telling me. He explains everything very thoroughly and he does take his time with the patients. I like the way the doctor is, but not the nurse. Thank you.

To be honest, we don't have anything to say about Dr. Ahmed. He has been a good oncologist since the first time my dad was seen. We are very satisfied with him, and thank you so much for helping my dad with his colon cancer appointment. Thank you.

Everything I received was very good except for the, when they schedule you to receive you at 10 o'clock, it doesn't mean 10:30 or 11 o'clock, it means 10 o'clock.

Especially one person who works at the front desk, on two occasions, provided very bad service. She didn't offer any help, just told me to come back later after I went there specifically with an order for tests. The second time was because I had an order for the laboratory, and she kept saying no, no, no, asking the same questions about 10 times, like, seriously. This person's name is Irma.

The wait was too long.

For me the doctor was excellent and all the staff, thank you.
