    It's just that on two occasions that I have been to Dr. Anand, I had issues to get my prescription as he doesn't exactly detail the quantity. So I would like for them to please pay more attention to this.

    I would say getting information and being get a hold of the doctor easily because can't get a hold of the doctor at all.

    I have no complaints. The waiting time was reasonable considering the amount of people that were in the waiting room the doors were still opening and the names of people waiting were called in close frequency. All interactions with office employees and medical workers was as professional as can be.

    After waiting 2.5 months to see Dr. Anand, I waited nearly 3 hours in his lobby to see him. He spent 5 minutes with me and referred me to another orthopedic surgeon 2 hours away in San Diego, who is not in my network. He provided absolutely no value and wasted my time.

    I only have positive feedback to express, the only bad experience was at the emergency room, at the main building,a nurse or doctor assistant nurse was really impolite and hateful the las time I was there

    What complaints will I look at the first time I appear at this clinic and everything is very good and everything is attended, thank you very much and I hope to continue going there, not very often but my wife has surgery and the orthopedist is in charge very well, thank you.

    The truth is, the specialist treated me very badly. I don't know the name. I don't know. They never wanted to treat me. They didn't pay attention to me. The service from the receptionists was very good. No complaints about them. Only the specialist.

    Discharge instructions were not given properly and needed more clarification. I felt rushed after my surgery and that staff was pushing me out the door.
