I have been seen now half a dozen times by this facility. Every time was so productive & they cared for me with compassion & dignity. I trust my life in their care. I have high regards for this ER.

Well, first off u kept me alive. Not joking, when I knew I was at the ER I felt like I was going.... So yes all who were there that day from nurses to doctors thank you very much. Even the staples in the back of my head don't hurt ?. Again I will be praying for all who work there for your continued great service and guidance.

The facility do not bring in the specialist needed in the emergency room they ask a general doctor for all the assistance. The doctor only comes to see you once and thats is it the nurses try to explain but also make you want to say you are okay to leave even thoe you are not. They explain they treated the symptoms but the doctors do not diagnose you or explain why you have those symptoms.

They were very slow; the attendees were just laughing and chatting.

So, I went to the restroom, and when I came back, the nurse had not called the lab. So, I stayed near the nurse expecting that she was going to call. But, she told me to leave. I left and sat in the fast track area. I waited an additional 40 minutes, before I asked her about the lab results again. She said it was going to take another 2 hours. I feel she as a professional, she coul

Well, I know with our respects everyone's busy and it's really hard to attend everybody in their needs. This should be extra people nearby just in case taking information about the patient and when they're admitted into a room, they should clearly explain the process and what they're gonna be doing and making sure when the patient needs medication they need to respond as safe and possible or get another assistant to help and make sure that the rooms are clean and trash is picked up needles are picked up. Staff was amazing friendly but the hospital is so old and run down everything seems so out dated. But the staff was some of the nicest I have encountered.

The waiting time is too long, from three to four hours. Maybe you could review the check-in information for people who are not necessary to wait that long.
