What is Wellness Wednesday?

Wellness Wednesday is a weekly health and wellness resource event offered by El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC). These events will be taking place on Wednesdays at the ECRMC Community Education Center at the IV Mall. Each event will take place from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and will feature an ECRMC representative and a special local guest with a particular topic of interest , information about our services and various tips on health, foods, diets, lifestyles and more.

This is a free series of resource events available to anyone who wishes to attend.
