I liked the experience. They explained to me very well. The nurses were very friendly. They helped me with the problem I had and gave excellent care. The front staff was very kind and helped me download the application for chat. They were very kind and I'd recommend them.

Long waiting

There should be more staff as there is quite a wait.

It is very good, very good treatment and I really like that it was moving quickly, there was nothing in the process, they were trying to do it as quickly as possible so that we would be there. I imagine that if we needed to leave we would leave quickly, I really liked that the hospital was there and the toilets were very clean, the treatment was very good and many were fast.

you guys are really, you guys didn't answer my questions, you guys didn't see my daughter you guys are definitely the worst here in the valley, the worst care possible. You guys need to approve a lot of things, there wasn't a lot of people in wait. You guys did.... I was there for 4 hours for lab work, so you guys are the worst.

Yes, this is . While I was there, I had a wonderful PA. He explained everything quite well. But I also had the most wonderful, wonderful nurse, and his name was Jeff. And both of them needed commendation. I just don't have words to say how pleasantly surprised I was from the great service that I did receive. And I'm sorry that I ever doubted El Centro Regional. You are a good hospital. Thank you.

The wait is very long and there is a lot of waiting to hand in the papers so you can go home.

Doctors were really rude took my son out of the hospital to the waiting room and shamed me

The entire medical service was very professional and efficient.

I would like to first off saying that the radiology department was very helpful, the person that was doing the lab, the blood work was you know, pretty efficient and fast and courteous. It was a fiasco in the waiting room. As far as you have to go to triage before you can go to registration and we sat there for over 3 1/2 almost 4 hours to He told nothing. I think it's absolute shame and I would never ever recommend anybody to the hospital.

Sure, I entered 10s in all the questions , but you have to be patient, there's wonderful people there doing their best with all incoming hurt injuries besides myself , God bless them for caring to the best of their ability,, their so sweet!!!!!
