Apr 28, 2026 Thank you to all the very professional staff. Apr 14, 2026 I went around 2 am. The girl at the window was friendly, but the nurses who take temperatures, weight, etc., were very curt, like they don't know how to deal with children. They didn't make the child feel comfortable, not even with a smile. I was polite, and even though I was worried, sleep-deprived, and cold, I gave them a smile, and they were all cold. It's fine that your job is serious, but at least try to find a way to make the child feel comfortable and at ease so they cooperate with the nurses' reques Oct 3, 2025 The wait for emergencies is too long. They need staff capable of helping customers, especially in emergencies. Oct 3, 2025 horrible service seven hours waiting for x-rays in another four hours waiting for the results Aug 26, 2025 I was exceptionally impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff. Every single person I interacted with from the janitor in the back hallway to the physician I was speaking to were all absolute professionals. The only thing I think that the facility deserves is more funding to expand past their waiting area for the emergency department. Aug 25, 2025 Yes, I wish they'd see us faster. Honestly, with a child, it took more than five hours to get him checked out. Aug 25, 2025 That the wait is too long, that the wait is too long, that being there for more than three hours is what I don't like. Jul 11, 2025 Excellent, with professionalism. Thank you and very kind. Jul 8, 2025 I was only seen by registration and vitals were done to my daughter, nor a nurse, nor taken into consideration that her foot was swelling and changing colors into a purple tone, which I had made aware to the receptionist more than three times. I was told that a supervisor was going to come and talk to me. They never came. I was told that a doctor was going to come and talk to me in the waiting area. They never did. I was there for over for hours and she was still waiting in the lobby. More people were comin Jun 30, 2025 Everything well, it's perfect. Everything, they treated me well. It's great. Everything is great. Thank you very much. Jun 12, 2025 I think the service was very good; everything was very friendly and clear. I just feel like the emergency room is getting a little small because it got to the point where there were no more seats available. I think that's something worth addressing because it's serious. Thank you very much for everything else; everything was very good in terms of service.
