It would be wonderful if they could improve the staff who take blood pressure and record patients' information, because that's where the problem sometimes lies. My husband went the other day and was treated terribly. Thank you.

I went around 2 am. The girl at the window was friendly, but the nurses who take temperatures, weight, etc., were very curt, like they don't know how to deal with children. They didn't make the child feel comfortable, not even with a smile. I was polite, and even though I was worried, sleep-deprived, and cold, I gave them a smile, and they were all cold. It's fine that your job is serious, but at least try to find a way to make the child feel comfortable and at ease so they cooperate with the nurses' reques

The wait for emergencies is too long. They need staff capable of helping customers, especially in emergencies.

horrible service seven hours waiting for x-rays in another four hours waiting for the results

I was exceptionally impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff. Every single person I interacted with from the janitor in the back hallway to the physician I was speaking to were all absolute professionals. The only thing I think that the facility deserves is more funding to expand past their waiting area for the emergency department.

Yes, I wish they'd see us faster. Honestly, with a child, it took more than five hours to get him checked out.

That the wait is too long, that the wait is too long, that being there for more than three hours is what I don't like.
