The wait times in the hospital are very long, I understand, it's an emergency. If they could improve that, it would be excellent.

Terrible service. It's unacceptable that they don't manage emergency triage correctly and that there aren't doctors attending to patients; the assistants don't know what they're doing. I arrived with pain and other symptoms and left in the same condition. You need to be prepared to wait 10 hours for proper care. If the hospital is overwhelmed due to staff shortages, they should redirect non-emergency cases to a smaller clinic.

Everything in the process from my check in to being seen by the doctor was orderly. I do wish I would have been instructed at registration of the nurse assessment and phlebotomist that I would need to meet with before seeing the doctor. I wish I would have been informed of my rights or if I could have refused a blood draw.

When the dr gives the orders, please give the needs right away not wait 2 hours after the patient asks again. It wasn't until I asked a different nurse that he listened and helped out.

They're reasonable for each person, because there are so many parties, otherwise you have money or they won't attend to you. That's the best part, I can say that if I could, my family would take them there, honestly.

My illness wasn't extremely critical so I received very little attention - just extremely painful kidney stones.

I know that it was very busy but I personally feel the time it took to get tended to was reasonable and everyone showed concern for the patients? My experience was good ? thank you very much.

All your staff seem very tired burned out. Don't pay any attention to the people that come in that are sick. I felt uncomfortable. I was not being taken care of so I went to Brawley hospital.

You need to improve your wait time because we were there for 5 hours.
