Radiology took a long time

The doctor was fantastic, but the lady who checked me in was very rude.

Wait time is very discomfort we go in sick we expect to see results faster and it's not short of staff cause you could see everyone standing around or pretending to be on the computer some nurses do there job cause they like it others are there for a pay check more observations from ER supervisors would be a plus I worked at pioneers hospital for 10 years and I know it gets overwhelmed but at the end of the day it's a job to make people feel better thanks for all your help I hope it gets better in the futur

Everybody, from registration, triage nurse, admission personnel, room nurse, lab technician & Emegency Physician were courteous, helpful always making me feel quite comfortable even while I was going through some uncertain times, my stay went better than I thought ???

It was no wait time from the time that I arrived to the ER, to the time that I was admitted into our room into a bed and Dr. Lafree was very professional, very thorough, and explained everything very well. And my nurse Maria was also very thorough and she was very courteous and professional in everything that she did.

All excellent.

It lasted an hour and thirty minutes. I had a high blood pressure of 186 with a big headache, and they never attended me. I went to look for help at another hospital. I had a very bad experience.

they were very caring and helpful to make me comfortable and to take good care of me. And I was most appreciative with all the good care I got. Thank you very much.

It was a good experience for being at the hospital

The mri tube was filthy & very loud. Staff was nice & helpful. Some staff are not very confident in their care, yet they did well.

Dr LaFree was absolutely a godsend he has literally changed my life I feel so well now, note that I've had a pacemaker implanted. I received the pacemaker at the Mayo Hospital, which is ridiculously nice. I would say that you're staff was every bit as attentive as they were at the world class Mayo but your staff had many times the number of patients to deal with.

Waiting 11 hours to had my child transported to radys for an appendicitis

For me, everything was good in the experience that I had. They attend quickly and efficiently, and they helped me a lot. Thank you very much for that.

They do not treat emergencies as quickly as possible, they leave patients waiting while nurses and doctors talk about their anecdotes in the corridors as if they were on break, they even forget that they left you waiting. I wish they were more empathetic with the patients and aware of the medical emergencies, it was not the worst of the services but very bad, it is not fair that they ignore the pain and needs of the patients and make us wait so long while they talk about everyday life and instead of attendi

Jeff, our nurses mostly attentive and answered all of our questions and was a very thoroughly nurse. We appreciate this care. He provide it, he had great bed side manner and we really appreciated his care. Thank you.
