The service of the nurses and the doctor are very good and I simply think that the waiting time is exaggeratedly too much. The wait times are super long, and my son has autism, but there is no preferences made there. We waited 2 hours to be attended, and the nurse was very rude and she seemed to say the time we waited was minimal. I didn't like how the nurse talked to me, and in the end she ignored me. She didn't want to give me the paperwork. It was very bad service. I hope to never return because the nurse on shift had a bad day and was in a bad mood with us.
