I waited 5 1/2 hours with a broken arm and was not offered any pain medication until being discharged. There is no privacy and no comfortable place to wait. Overall is was chaotic and a horrible experience. If I find myself in an emergency situation again I will avoid this place at all costs. I'm better off taking my chances and driving the 2 hours back home.

You guys did improve your service from many years ago that I was last there. I was very impressed. The only complaint I have is that I accidentally left my phone charger, which was a very expensive Apple charger. And when I was discharged, I forgot it and I called 10 minutes later to let them know that I forgot it. The staff told me that the room had been cleaned up, but they found my charger. And they told me they would leave it up at triage for me to pick up the following day. I did go in the following da

Everyone was very professional. The ER doc was great and the nursing staff.

The service there was far better than it was a year ago. A year ago I was put out in a hallway. I was put out in a lounge. It was terrible service, but this other night was fantastic. Thank you. Bye.

The only thing is that when an emergency arrives, they do not have the determined criteria to see what the patient's needs are. I understand that the receptionists are not doctors and less so would know what patient needs are. Everything else was fine. There are some people at reception who don't have enough sensitivity.

Too much waiting time to be treated after the nurse receives you, and it is not possible to be given medication. They send you back to the waiting room.

My nurse was absolutely fantastic...! Only downside was there was no call button on or near my bed... Because I was getting IV fluids, I had to use the restroom... I couldn't get up and go myself because of my IV and had no way to call a nurse, I had to wait until someone came into my room, and it was a very uncomfortable wait...

The ER room was swapped that night, but everyone did a great job. It's a good staff, but I wish I never have to go back. If you know what I mean.

The wait, time to be seen was a very long. I was there for 5 hours when I decided to leave, because I still have not seen a provider after 5 5 hours and nobody's had given me my labs, or even offered any pain medicine.

I am very satisfied with the care they gave me, I really did not expect it to be so efficient, I was very comfortable with all my concerns, they took me away, that is, they explained everything very well, the truth is, I would highly recommend the hospital, the doctors, the nurses, the That they received me, everything was excellent. I thank you for your attention.
