Yes, the doctor provided accurate, timely care for me. He was attentive to my needs. You know, the staff even helped me out with some clothing because my got wet, you know. So you guys took very good care of me and I want to applaud the doctors and nurses that day that helped me out.

While I was there, my ID was stolen and I'm pissed off about it.

You know, the only thing I, I tell you, I don't know how they do what they do in such a small place. I just don't see how. They need a bigger place to work, and I think if they had a bigger place to work, they can do even more. And they're already good at what they do, but like I say, they need a new add-on to that hospital. Okay, thank you.

We were put in the Express Line to be seen by Dr. Come on now, waited 4 hours!!! We finally left, went to walk-in Clinic on N. Imperial were seen by a Dr. We have had numerous bad experiences at ECRMC. DO NOT recommend!

Everything was fine, I would just recommend that they hire more qualified staff because they get very busy and the staff they have can't keep up. Bye, thanks.

I would like the waiting time for discharge documents to be shorter now that the consultation and the excellent care provided are over. Thank you.

The medical care is very disorganized; each patient has to wait a minimum of three to five hours for medical attention, and that's unacceptable. I waited three hours and was never seen, so I left the hospital.

I don't know if understaffed, but it was a full house. Wait time was long and really had no one to talk to until the end. I understand maybe my issue was not "urgent" compared to others. Just a super long wait time. I left on my own will after a couple of hours. Not a bad experience but not great either ????? I'm still grateful I was taken there and my issues resolved on their own just in the time I was waiting.

Thank you for your help; everyone did their best to help my child. They were all very kind and professional, from the receptionists and nurses to the doctors, cleaning staff, and AMR personnel. God bless you all.

The service is excellent, and bilingual service is also very good. The only downside is the long wait times; it can take hours to attend to a person.

The doctor didn't pay attention to what I was saying, he refused to sing paperwork and left me standing there while he left in multiple occasions

I was so much in pain, I was not given anything while I was waiting. It just took too long, so I had to leave and went to the Brawley Hospital.
