The difference between arriving to ECRMC and UCSD are so different. Jun 28, 2023 When I arrived there weren't many people waiting, and we got called and they quickly got my daughter's vitals. Then when we were finally attended, it didn't last even 40 minutes, which was impressive. Jun 21, 2023 The waiting time. Jun 11, 2023 They take a long time. They should improve othat. May 26, 2023 I wish they didn't make people wait so long. We spent more than an hour and a half in the waiting room, and there was about 12 patients. I found that to be a very long wait. May 26, 2023 Great experience May 18, 2023 The time is what is wrong. They took a long time and the nurses, there is not sufficient staff to assist all the people there. That is their only fault and they make us wait there the whole night. Apr 22, 2023 They did not give me the results of my blood test, my urine and that was left me in the air. Just tell me, get dressed, you're okay, go home and I didn't feel comfortable at all. Apr 21, 2023 Thank you Mar 7, 2023 Tell your nurses not make fun of all of the patients that come in saying there in pain, cuz they that makes people really uncomfortable. Feb 24, 2023 They were very slow in their service. I went for a migraine and lasted more than 4 hours in the waiting room. I found myself asking the staff several times, what time they would administer the medication. Feb 23, 2023 Too long to see a doctor and too long to stay in the emergency room. Emergency room where you registered and all that. Feb 12, 2023 Need more help to keep visit shorter Jan 31, 2023 The service was excellent. The doctors were attentive to my daughter, so yes, I highly recommend them. I am doing well and they did things the way they should have been done even though I was a bit nervous. They were understanding. Jan 8, 2023 They did not show me my x-rays, bad. Jan 2, 2023 I had to leave, because they never cared for my mom, my mom with breathing problems, they just did a quick check-up and she had nothing serious, but it was never enough, just a check, we left there and went to another place to care for her. Dec 31, 2022 This is one of the worst medical experiences I've ever had in my life. He did nothing to ease the pain, spoke to the doctor once and then not speak to the doctor after the actual taken. I pay very good amount of money for healthcare. And the service that you guys provided was subpar. Dec 31, 2022 The petite RN who started her shift around 7-8am was extremely helpful. She was the only one who checked up on me after sitting in the covid tent since 4am. To whoever she was thank you for listening and taking care of me I appreciate thst she continued to follow up once she knew I was there. As a nurse myself i understand when situations arise but I have never had to wait 4 hours to be seen by a single person. The doctor himself was also very good. Dec 31, 2022 Terrible Page 1 of 2
