I was attended to, I spent a lot of time to be attended to.

The doctor who treated me didn't seem to care what I was telling her, she was very apathetic and uninterested, it wasn't a good experience.

I asked for recent medications and they did not pay attention to me. They have not given them to me and I suffer from high blood pressure, and they have not given the medication to me.

It went better than I expected. I just need to call to see where I go to get the lab work done. The order page didn't include that information.

Dr. Gonzalez is very professional and patient and always listens to me when I go to my appointments.

I was treated by Dr. Claudia González. I find her treatment to be very bad. She didn't give me the necessary information and wouldn't even pay attention to me. She never turned to see me and the consultation lasted very little. I don't want to be attended by Dr. Gonzalez again.

The wait takes a long time, up to 3 hours waiting for the consultation.

You need to have enough staff. The people you have are not enough.

The laboratory receptionist did not treat me well, she made fun of me and I do not like the attention of the laboratory receptionist.

Waited for 35minutes which I was glad about other waits have been over 2hrs

I was very, very upset with the service provided by this provider. She was upset with me because I asked her a question about something else that I had going on. I told her I was concerned about a few things with my health. I had never seen her before. She was very rude. She kept talking over me, and she kept telling me that she was done.
