My appt was cancelled and rescheduled to a different time without any notification. I hd specifically asked for the day off just for my appt and scheduled procedure. I show up and office had closed early according to check im staff by the door. Super dissatisfied with the professionalism and staff at ecrmc.
The tech that helped me do my sonogram was very knowledgeable. Very kind. It put me and put me at ease. Thank you.
Quite a long time waiting in the office, more than 2 hours spent waiting.
I feel like you guys should have had faster service. That's it.

They took 4 hours to attend, before it was faster, they were a little faster.

When I arrived at 14 I had an appointment at 2:30 and they registered me 3 hours later at 17 they registered me to go in like at 6 o'clock so if the reception and the taking of the insurance is very terrible because after to enter for 10 minutes that the doctor attended me so very badly.
It was 3 hours in the waiting room. Very bad. Very very bad.
The only one I want to comment is that the doctor is an excellent doctor I am very happy with him but his administrative staff the ladies in front need more education and especially not chewing gum when they are talking this looks horrible they need to be more professional and They need to have better murals like some of their nurses that leaves a lot to be desired in terms of training for the professional management of their employees hopefully they can improve this seen much the failure there in the admin
Everything was very good. Everyone is very kind and the service is very good. The only thing is that you leave people waiting for a long time in the room. I was sick and had to wait about four hours in the waiting room. Thank you for your service.

You can most improve by sticking with appointment scheduled as much as possible. My appointment was at 3:30. I wasn't seen till 6:00, so it'd be nice if we can honor time.

Everything was good except for the waiting time. It was really long. But besides that everything the service the communication between patient and adult and doctors and receptionists, everything was a very good service just the waiting time. I waited about 40 minutes just to see the doctor and that was the only thing.
Very bad that you go to the appointments and it last 3 or 4 hours of waiting to be attended. The doctor enters for only five minutes and it's not in a good way. They have more appointments and are annoyed when you ask a lot of questions. That is everything.

After the appointment set it takes too long waiting on a waiting room to actually get attended by the physician.

The doctors are very good. They should have little more attention in the staff of the reception, they send their friends first, then the patients that are waiting for hours and hours. Their friends are seen in 2, 3, or 4 minutes, thanks.
You have a lot of people and it takes a long time in the waiting room. Then the doctor doesn't come in for more than a minute. The doctor hardly says anything, just leaves quickly. It's always the same. Money, money, money. All you know is that we give you money.
I would like that they give you the results of the pap smear and don't make you make an appointment. You have to wait 3 hours and don't spend even a minute with the doctor to say that everything is fine. It would be better to send a letter or make a phone call with a message that everything is fine.
