    First of all, the scheduled appointment was supposed to be a day prior. I didn't get a call back til the day after, in the morning. I mean, so kept me waiting on the phone for at least 3 hours before I gave up. I mean, the service definitely needs to improve. Thanks.

    I like the medical care. The only thing I would like is just that we won't spend so much time waiting. We can wait two or three hours, or more, and it doesn't seem fair to me.

    Yeah, the girl at the front desk was really helpful, and she was able to get me an appointment that same day and they were able to resolve my problem completely to my satisfaction. And your staff is really friendly there at North Central. Thank you guys.

    I think the doctor attends very quickly and leaves one with many doubts and apart he prescribed a medicine that insurance does not cover. I have already sent messages and they do not answer me. I think the service needs to improve a lot, thank you.

    I had a visit with the doctor and to date my medication has not been ordered, which is for diabetes, so I have called the clinic many times, and the nurses, and so far haven't solved my problem. I'm not happy with the work of that clinic and I think I will leave it soon. Thank you and I'm sorry.

    Yes, my provider the last 3 months for some reason has messed up my medication. So I'm only getting half of it. I don't know why this is being done. But it's, it's, it's causing me a lot of problems and I wish you could just let me know what's going on so I don't have to go through that. And that's all I got to say about that.
