    The waiting period was lengthy as usual, two hours and up. The provider only makes a brief appearance. And then all the medications that need refilling Maybe was only partially built. And then not able to get a hold of him for another week. I mean, this is a constant, I mean very poor service.

    First of all, the scheduled appointment was supposed to be a day prior. I didn't get a call back til the day after, in the morning. I mean, so kept me waiting on the phone for at least 3 hours before I gave up. I mean, the service definitely needs to improve. Thanks.

    I like the medical care. The only thing I would like is just that we won't spend so much time waiting. We can wait two or three hours, or more, and it doesn't seem fair to me.

    Yeah, the girl at the front desk was really helpful, and she was able to get me an appointment that same day and they were able to resolve my problem completely to my satisfaction. And your staff is really friendly there at North Central. Thank you guys.

    I think the doctor attends very quickly and leaves one with many doubts and apart he prescribed a medicine that insurance does not cover. I have already sent messages and they do not answer me. I think the service needs to improve a lot, thank you.
