I want to tell you that I have attended the downtown hospital several times and the truth is that yes, I was disappointed in the service they gave me in the past. But with this last visit I made I was surprised by the service they are providing, they improved 100% honestly, I hope they continue like this because in any way we can have a better service and thank you and good night.

The doctor barely even looked at my baby he wouldn't even touch my baby to see his arms and legs and only said Tylenol would help when he didn't even have a fever

You need to have somehow a way to call the nurse when you're in the hospital. The whole time I was there, I couldn't locate sometimes the nurse, especially at night.

All nurses in the Triage area, PA, Lab techs and Clerks were exceptional. They made me feel really comfortable the entire time I was there. I never went to the back of the ER into a room. Triage nurses and PA were able to help me

They all behaved well. They helped me and treated me amazing and were even joking. When my wound was hurting, they held my hand for support. It was all good.

    I didn't see a doctor, just nurses.
