I was treated fast, promptly, courteous, and the nurse checked on me very often. I want to praise all the staff and providers that were taking care of me since I arrived at almost 4:30 pm until I was discharged at almost 2:30 am, almost 19 hours in their care. THANK YOU

Everything was very good. They attended me kindly at the visit and received us very fast. But they should be a little faster in attending patients because they had me waiting an hour and a half so the other person could enter so my son could leave. Please, reduce the wait time and be a little faster so patients don't get impatient. That's the only thing I'd like improved, is the wait time. I had to wait long for the doctor to see my son.

A great customer service from the nurses. As soon as I walked in, the nurses treated me with respect. The doctors, the art and the x-ray technician, also the lab also with respect. The only thing is that when I walked in, I standed in line for a couple of minutes and nobody actually helped me to let me know what's the process to check in. I had the best nurse ever his name was Darin and would always recommend this hospital if all nurses are like Richie and Darin excellent nurses. thank you.

My foot were very swollen and the doctor assistant had me walk to her office when she could have graved me with the wheelchair. And they only gave my 2 Tylenol no medication that would decrease the inflammation from my feet. I guess instead of going to emergency I should have just gone to the farmacy. Would of been cheaper and no 5 hrs of wait.

It would be good for the staff to check the patients to make sure they have wristbands because there's definitely homeless people in there sleeping in the waiting room, making it very unsanitary for others who are there. It would be great if someone could come and wipe down the chairs and the walls every three hours or so. Everyone is sneezing and homeless people are in there sleeping.

From my past experiences this place has really improved. I received excellent care from all staff that were involved with me. Thank u

Dr Kajitani was amazing. She was so patient and explained everything to me.

It was the worse visit of my life to the hospital doctors taking care of patient of the outside. Doing IV's never recommend you guys ever. Ever.
