The wait for the results is too long.

Dr. Kajitani explained to me thoroughly, but the wait time was ridiculous. I was there for 8 to 10 hours.

So my stanza was pretty good. It was very good that there were people who were bilingual. My mom sometimes couldn't understand English, so some of the people working there helped me translate also the medical terms. And it was very good. I felt it was very good that at the end they gave you a whole packet of information on how to take care of discharge.

This recent visit was much better than my previous visit to the ER. The nurses were professional and helpful. The doctor gave me great medical advice about what to do moving forward, and gave me an option for temporary relief.

I liked the service because most of the doctors and nurses speak Spanish.

Thank you, one observation in the hallways I saw many people needing help to go to the bathroom in their wheelchairs.

It took 5 hours for them to even start attending to me, and another 4 hours to tell me I'm fine. The hospital is really going backwards; they should think about how to fix it. Why wait 9 hours just to be told you're fine.

The emergency room is terrible. If you don't see a sick person, they'll see them. If they're in a lot of pain, they'll have a problem with their spine.

It was evident that most of the providers there were doing their best. Some of the patients were not on their best behavior, I'm sorry to say I was one of them for a while. I apologized these caregivers kept their cool. Thank you, I was reassured that I didn't have one foot in the grave lol !
