I asked approximately the waiting time, and they said about 6 hours. Very disappointed with the care they are providing Oct 11, 2023 We waited close to 5 hours. We didn't see a doctor. We only talked to a nurse and she took his blood pressure twice, one when we got in and when we left, and we were told we were going to be seen by the doctor to explain, to let us know what happened on the x-rays, but we never saw the doctor. We only talked to the nurse and that wasn't good. The nurse was really nice but it wasn't good that we didn't see an actual doctor. Oct 2, 2023 I have been to EC before and had a horrible experience - this last experience was amazing!!! Sep 18, 2023 Came in with a really bad sprain in my ankle. Doctor discharged me in the waiting room. Didn't even see me. He just sent the nurse to tell me that I was going to be ok Sep 6, 2023 The staff try there best to serve every one but that hospital is too small for who many people attend there. Sep 4, 2023 Unnecessarily repeating to over five employees what happened it. It will be enough with two maybe three. Thank you. Sep 3, 2023 The nurses and staff took very good care of me. It seemed quicker overall; the wait seemed shorter than it was. I was offered water and food when I said I had missed a meal. They listened intently, made eye contact, paid attention to everything I had to say. Aug 21, 2023 The biggest complaint was that there is no communication there was no discharge instructions. I requested medical records the following days and at the end of the following days, there was ... they lied about documentation stating that the nurse practitioner I spoke to the patient and the father of what was going on, we were given no information. Aug 16, 2023 I arrived with pain that was apparently caused by stones in the gallbladder. And I was not given any medication to calm the intense pain, until 4 hours after. And I had told them when I was admitted that the pain was on the scale number 8 or 9. The nurse injected me something. He said it was Ketorolac. I still had the pain, thought it did go down a little. But I was still having discomfort with any stomach movement I made. They said there was 20 people in Emergencies before me, which I find incredible. In t Aug 15, 2023 I waited 5 hours and they didn't explain anything to me. Jul 23, 2023 Was good Jul 19, 2023 The wait times were very long. I was there from 11:30 at night until 5:30 the next morning, which seems way too long for my visit. I think the wait time could be improved upon for patients. Jul 19, 2023 I went in for a back pain, they had me sitting down in the chair for 6 hours, since I requested to be laid down. They took blood test. They poked me 3 times, couldn't find my vein. They did urine test, they did CT scan. They never told me anything. Doctor didn't come and check. Only once I was in there for 9 hours, I walked out very disappointed in this hospital. I will never come back ever. Jul 18, 2023 I didn't feel like the nurse practitioner who saw me took my situation seriously. She was basically suggesting that I was just being too anxious about my condition. And I didn't really appreciate that. Jun 12, 2023 Needs better attention. I asked for medicine since no one offer it for my pain. Waited 5 hours as well. Was not busy. Needs better service. Jun 11, 2023 My time waiting to see someone was 3 hours!! Jun 7, 2023 They took good care of my son, but to give me a prescription, they left me waiting a long time and I couldn't wait that long. They saw 5 people before my son. Jun 6, 2023 ECRMC has to be more faster with each pacients care, most of us come with extreme pain, and have to wait 10 hours until we receive pain meds. Its not fair, they have to focus more on us pacients besides chit-chatting between them about non-emergency things. Jun 4, 2023 I was in and out of emergency area all within 2 hours. The registration took no time at all. The evaluation from medical staff was fast. Towards the end of my visit I was given medication and a prescription. My skin irritation is clearing up Life is good May 29, 2023 Not content about being administered my medication in the waiting room. Chairs were uncomfortable...I kept sliding down while trying to rest my head that was hurting. I was not at any moment during my 4 hour stay addressed by an emergency doctor to explain my diagnosis.
