Very bad experience, my phone appointment was at 1:00 pm and they didn't consult me until 3:30 pm and only because I called them, because nobody bothered to find out that my appointment was going to be several hours later, terrible experience.

Front desk was very welcoming and medial assistants were also kind and explained the process of getting my vitals and taking me to the exam room, provider came in 5 min after and listened to me and explained treatment and our next steps. Reassured me if i needed anything to please call and they would assist in any troubles i had. Thank you ECRMC clinic and provider Fimbres 10/10

The staff was great and the provider introduced himself and explained everything about the MRI results and what needed to happen next. He explained the procedure that needed to be done and the urgency due to possible future serious complications. I really appreciate that he cared about my case, he immediately made appointments for me to be approved by my cardiologist to proceed asap. Thank you ? ?

The service was very good, except for the person who took the blood samples in the lab; they had very little patience and were rude. I think they should be more considerate of people with disabilities.
