I had always wanted to have a relationship with a doctor and this doctor seems excellent to me. It has been a good experience I have found. Thank you
I like the clinic. It's very good, they are all friendly, and they all help.
The medical assistant staff was rude. I was the last appointment of the day and had never been to that facility, and when I was told the front exit was closed, I asked where I could exit. The MA stated "where it says exit" in a snobby, rude manner. Then when I proceeded to ask "okay, and where is that?" She again replied, "in the back where it says exit." Then as I walked away she was giggling. It was rude and uncalled for. It ended my experience in a negative way.
Your wait time is too long.
This last time I liked it very much as everything was flowing very fast, my appointment in an hour had already finished, they attended me quickly to check and assure me, they attended me fast to take the vital signs, and the doctor attended me immediately after entering the room.
The wait time is beyond ridiculous I've say there for over 6hrs before

I will not be returning back to ECRMC clinic or hospital for my further continuation of care.

Well the only thing is the prescription order to Calexico Walmart. They didn't arrive and that was Thursday and now it is Saturday and I haven't received my medications. That is the only think that I would like to improve.
To improve the computer system because the system goes down and they do not talk to one of you back to make the appointment with the specialist that touched me, they sent me to the specialist and they did not talk to me again and they dropped the system at that time and did not speak to me again, thank you.
