My provider did about as best as he could do about what I expected him to do, so overall I give it a 9, thank you.
When I arrive at emergency, I understand that there are a lot of people, but they take a long time to attend to me. It can be up to two or three hours. It takes a long time.
The doctor is professional and the service is attentive. I am happy there. My next appointment is for June 4th. I am very happy with him and with the service and staff. Thank you.

Yeah. I know I didn't have an appointment that day, but I was there for 4 hours, and then when I got in to see the doctor - I saw the doctor for literally 3 minutes. However long it took to type in some stuff and then didn't really look at my injury and I was out. Then he left. So, not very happy about it and I can't call back because that was a lot of time sitting there and waiting for some... for 3 minutes, literally 3 minutes. So I know it's probably at the end of the day, 4 o'clock or whatever, almost 5

Well my last visit January 15th, I didn't get to see my doctor, but I saw another doctor and he did pretty well. I'm just concerned if my doctor is coming back, and if not, I guess I would like to keep the one that saw me. So far I've been tended to very well. Sometimes the timing is a little too long. In the beginning they take your vitals and stuff like that, but then you have to wait a long time. That's my concern. But other than that everything seems to be good and I ask questions, so sometimes I ask, a
I really liked the care I was given in the clinic.
I would like it if we didn't have to wait for so long in the waiting room, and if the ladies who attend to you were polite. Sometimes they answer you rudely, and that's not good. That's what I would like, if they were more professional. Thank you.
