I had a very good... this time I had a very good visit. I have before. I have registered out of the hospital because of lousy nurse service and other things, but this time I have very good service, very good nurses, and I'm trying to find the names of them, but I can't, but very, very, very, very good service. And I will go back to the same Hospital. Very good. Very, very, very, very good service this time. And thank you for the service that you provided.

I wanted to give ECRMC a second chance to redeem themselves; there have been cases that I have known that they "handled", that have resulted in death. Unfortunately, the providers have failed yet again. It is very clear that monetary ambition is their main goal, rather than what really matters, the patient's health.

Honestly, you need better doctors that actually seem to care about what you have, because the doctor that I normally go see doesn't really seem interested in helping me. Hardly speaks to me at all. I just tell him how I feel, he writes something down about it, I go home and still feel sick and have to come back. Yeah, get better doctors.

The medical assistant staff was rude. I was the last appointment of the day and had never been to that facility, and when I was told the front exit was closed, I asked where I could exit. The MA stated "where it says exit" in a snobby, rude manner. Then when I proceeded to ask "okay, and where is that?" She again replied, "in the back where it says exit." Then as I walked away she was giggling. It was rude and uncalled for. It ended my experience in a negative way.

This last time I liked it very much as everything was flowing very fast, my appointment in an hour had already finished, they attended me quickly to check and assure me, they attended me fast to take the vital signs, and the doctor attended me immediately after entering the room.
