    The first visit I had by phone at Dr. Monis, he does not know my sciatic nerve, but I think that once I have studies, he is going to send me to order therapies and a study. See you later, you will get to know me better, and I have faith that Dr. Monis, he is a very good doctor. Thank you very much.

    I'm blind. I have a caretaker and she was not allowed inside the facility. I had a hard time to comply. My caretaker had to wait outside.

    I went in for Labs. I was greeted by security officer. He was nice. I went to a window. She was nice. I was order by Lab personal to sit & wait, after 45 mins. I Left. Labs personal was taking to long...

    You need better office staff, better trained personnel answering your phones, and people who are knowledgeable with the way in office is run. It's very poor patient service and frankly it's feel like a joke.

    Reception can actually learn a little bit of manners regarding the older people. I overheard a conversation and the way they spoke to some of these older people was not very nice. I wouldn't take my grandmother there

    I was very upset with the amount of time between certain checks by a nurse compared to the actual time to see the physician. I waited 2 hours to see this physician. When my appointment was at 10 o'clock originally, way too much time between them for the amount of time that he came into the actual room to talk to me about my actual problem. I feel that this doctor already had made a decision on what he was going to give, prescribed to me instead of listening to me about what how I feel.

    Wait time is way too long to see Dr. Monis. I once waited 8 hours at the outpatient clinic in Calexico. One time he just left without informing patients jn El Centro. It is ridiculous to be waiting hours for a pain management Dr. Then not getting your Rx sent out until 4 days after. Also the Dr forgetting to fill all your meds and having to wait until your next visit because most of the time you call you get told they cant help you or that you will get a call back. It seems like quality care has gone down b

    Good doctor but he has many patients and cancels his appointments a lot. Usually the waiting time in the room passes 5 hours and this makes the patient more ill.

    It would be appreciated at doctors can accept their appointment at their designated times, and not wait for two and a half hours to be seen.

    Registration was good, the nurses was good, the doctor has no idea what he's doing. You need to get a doctor, and he's a neurologist, to get in there that knows exactly what they're doing. He's my neurologist but he's also pain management, but I need to see a neurologist for neurological problems, not just when he gives me my pills to. Yes, I do need pain management, but I also need to see a regular neurologist that is specializing in just that.

    Thanks everything was very good everything very fast the receptionist very well a 10 the nurse too and the doctor of course always specifically lens always has helped me every time I go and he tells me if I have any questions if I ask the question I answer them and everything it is perfect there is nothing to change everything excellent and with the doctor pretty all excellent always when I go that I get blood or something all perfect for an excellent day professionals especially their professional improvem
