Telehealth

At our clinics, our providers can also care for you via telehealth (video call) without having an in-person office visit. Ask one of our team members to schedule your next telehealth appointment today. For your telehealth visit, you will need a smartphone with video and internet connection.

You will receive a text bit before your appointment that contains a link, which will lead you to accept camera and microphone access, after you accept you will see and hear the provider on their device and the visit can take place.

To prepare for your telehealth video appointment, here are some helpful tips that you should consider:

  • Find a well-lit spot. So your healthcare provider can see your face.
  • Choose a private location. You will want to discuss your healthcare issues in private.
  • Find a quiet place and reduce any distractions.
  • For stable footage, ensure that the camera is not shaking. Place your device on a level surface or support it on a desk or table.
  • Before your visit, please write down any important information that you may need, such as an accurate list your current medications and dosages, and consider gathering medication bottles for reference.
  • Don't hesitate to share any symptoms, questions, or concerns you want to discuss
  • To stay focused during your appointment, avoiding eating or drinking is best.
  • Conducting a telehealth visit while driving or running errands is not recommended. Please make sure to find a safe and stationary location for your appointment.
